Friday 9/2/05

Still trouble sleeping, woke up at 12 watched tv, read for an hour, went back to sleep. Still have cold. Feeling better though.
Core workout - Movement prep, 7 minute run, elasticity, strength - bicpep curls, pullups, rows.

Weather is great, looking forward to riding tomorrow. Legs feel good and rested, glad I took a rest week. I just hope I don't wake up in the middle of the night again.
