After the 4th 3:00 interval I was thinking ok enough of this shit. Then I recovered a bit and did the jumps which were fun. I can get up to 27-28mph in about 15 sec and hold it for another 10 seconds or so.

The strap that holds my Cateye front blinky cube on came unfastened again, which is really annoying.
