Over-under intevals - 3 x 5 minutes at 90% 2-3 minutes at 100-104%. I'd never done these type of intervals before so the variety made this ride interesting. I like the idea of going all out over 100% and then recovering at 90% because this simulates some group riding scenarios. This is my third week in a row of increasing intensity. In two weeks I'm going away for the weekend, that might be a good time for a rest week.
