Morning weight 144
Soreness - mild
Sleep - ok

Core Performance workout: movement prep, run 10 minutes with 3 1 minute intervals, elasticity, prehab, strength - shoulder press and tricep press.

Elasticity exercises are supposed to develop quickness and explosive power. Things like jumping left to right really fast, jumping with one leg over a line back and forth, and jumping straight up into the air. Ouch! I was sweating, out of breath, and I feel the soreness already!
