Quality of Sleep - woke up at 3 am but went back to sleep quickly. Insomnia possibly result of increased caffeine this week.
Length of Sleep - 9:30-6:00 8.5 hours

Stretching - shoulders, lower back, torso, quad, hamstring
Prehab - Y, T, W, L, Pushup-plus, glute bridge
Goals for week - begin elasticity workouts, lose weight, power intervals on Tues, hills Thursday
