Thursday Week 1

Decided to ride today despite the rain. I went out in full gore tex kit, jacket and pants. Verdict - my Cabela's gore tex jacket is not breathing right. This is very frustrating. I may send the jacket back. My gore tex pants are working out great; they definitely breathe as I have tried cheap rain pants and have been drenched from the inside. Same thing happened with the jacket. Could be that water is accumulating on the sleeves and preventing the jacket from breathing. Is there such thing as a breathable waterproof jacket? I haven't found it yet.

Soreness - 4-5 My hamstrings are sore from backward and sideways lunges I did yesterday. Sheesh!
