Thursday Week 2
3 climbing repeats, manayunk wall. First climb was spinning an easy gear. Second pushing a bigger gear than normal. Third was somewhere in the middle. I timed the third one, it took me about 2:50 from the cobblestones to Pechtin St., on a mountain bike. Not bad, but I'd like to improve on this.
