Monday Week 1
I went to see a sports nutritionist today! When I mentioned to my doctor that I felt I had plateaued at my current weight, he referred me to this nutritionist, who normally sees the athletes at UPenn. She's going to hook me up with a test that will measure my resting energy expenditure and we'll calculate exactly my daily caloric needs. She recommended the book, Nutrition Periodization for Endurance Athletes.
