Tuesday Week 4
It was great to ride in the new daylight and turning leaves. I rode a little longer than usual today.
During my 3rd sprint I changed my breathing from the chest to the stomach/diaphragm. It seemed to help. A lot. I have to remember to do this on the hill repeats.
